good afternoon, I am currently answering new ogma physics ap physics 1. i have question on 1-19-2 .the correct answer is d but i think it is very weird. in d it is written that each piece moves with speed grater than v/2 . I understand that speed must be bigger than v/2 but when it says each, it does not guarantee that they both have same velocity. so in this case should d still be considered as correct?
2021-04-28 오전 4:29:23 "it does not guarantee that they both have same velocity." 틀렸습니다. 애초에 vertical component 가 없었기 때문에 충돌 후에도 net vertical component 는 없어야하며 각도 theta 가 같기 때문에 갈라진 두 물체의 speed 도 같아야합니다.
