Hey Haewon!
Great questions! Let me clarify~
1. "as far as" - is the correct usage. It can be used in the following ways.
to the extent or degree thatWe are safe, as far as we know—often used in expressions like "as far as (something) goes" and "as far as (something) is concerned" to mean "with regard to (something)"we felt pretty safe as far as the fire was concernedor in expressions like "as far as (someone) is concerned" to mean "in (someone's) opinion"
2. You are right to think that "agree to" is used in English. "Agree with" is much more commonly used and will most often be correct on the SAT. But it seems like you want to know when to use what. The following explanation should help. =) The phrases "agree to" "agree with" and "agree on" are commonly confused amongst students. The main thing to focus on is the OBJECT (the information that follows the phrase)
The object is the difference.
-
When you agree with someone/something, it means you accept the point of someone/something.

Matt does not agree with my answer.
-
You agree on some issue or point of debate.
We agreed on this issue.
-
You agree to demands/queries, or you agree to do something.
He agreed to my demands.
He agreed to join me for the movie.
Hope this helps!
keep moving forward!
You got this! =)
