2.8 Lecture Tonicity and Osmoregulation에서 3번째 practice problem이
A cell is in equilibrium with its surroundings at room temperature (섭씨 25도). The molarity of the surrounding sucrose solution is 0.5M. Calculate the solute potential of the surrounding solution.
인데 강의에서는 -1*0.5*0.0831*293=-12.17
이라고 하시더라구요. 근데 저기서 켈빈 온도로 바꾸면 25+273=298로 계산해야하는 게 혹시 맞지 않나 싶어 질문해요 그래서 답이 -12.3819가 나오는게 맞는지요:)
