단, 모든 allosteric inhibitor가 noncompetitive inhibition은 아닙니다.
all noncompetitive inhibition is allosteric inhibition, but not all allosteric inhibition is noncompetitive inhibition.
독특한 allosteric enzyme이 존재하기 때문인데요
lots of subunit, multiple active site 으로 되어있는 allosteric enzyme에 allosteric inhibitior 가 one of the active site에 붙어서, 다른 subunit 의 active site의 change shape을 이끌어서 less effective 하게 하는경우가 있어요.
allosteric inhibition can be noncompetitive or competitive. 두가지 역할을 다하는 케이스네요.
