Hello, Mr. Lee. 


I have a question for the summary question.


I know that through the process of elimination, 1,2,6  becomes an answer.


But I want to know which part of the passage mentions,' have given architects ever greater freedom to express themselves' stated in 2. 

I can't find where it mentions architects's freedom of expression.


I also have a question for number 1. 

I want to know if 'creator' for choice B refers to the architects or human. 

In order for it to be correct, I think it has to refer to human since, the passage 1 stats, " architecture grows out of human needs and aspiration,... it clearly communicates cultural values.'

1. This is actually a good question and is quite frequently asked.

Architecture is the art and science of designing structures that organize and enclose space forpractical and symbolic purposes. Because architecture grows out of human needs and aspirations,

 

The very beginning of the passage is where you get the hint.

Although option choice 2 is mainly from another paragraph, the beginning of par. 1 is the definition of architecture so when you connect the logic, it makes sense.

 

 

 

2. for question #1, creator refers to humans. Actually, the question is specifically for paragraph 1 and the word "architect" isn't even mentioned in par. 1
