I have few questions!

1. On the summary question of this passage, you always emphasize, 

1. Fact

2. Minor/Major-> #. 

So taking from your steps, and I wanted to addanother step after listening to your explaination,

3. relative importance compared to other choices /role it has on the passage

Is my interpretation correct? 

2.Any time I do the sentence analysis, I think I don't have much standard at breaking up the sentence. 

I usually break phrase as one piece, S and V of the main sentence one piece....

Is this standard important?

I think it doesn't matter, if I understand the passage better through this step. 

I want make sure if its fine.
