I attached here the T-shaped molecular geometry, which is 3D version. I hope it helps.
Anyways, T-shaped molecular geometry has 90 degree bond angle between the one axial and the one equatorial. (It's about 90, but actually it's also little smaller than 90 due to the presence of the lone pairs)
For the angle between two lone pairs, it's actually little greater than 120 due to the repulsion.
On the plane, there are three electron domains, right? One bonding pair and two long bonding pairs, so, two pics you have uploaded are completely equivalent.
