D는 아예 언급도 되지 않았기 때문에 틀렸다고 말씀하셨는데, 마지막 문단의 첫 문장에 "Such works are ... moreover, they signify human vitality and beautify otherwise empty landscapes."라고 써있고, 그 후에 "And the same principle justifies other urban sights that may at first strike Westerners as odd."이라고 나와있는데, 왜 D가 틀린지 모르겠어요.
When discussing about the vending machines, they mention how it seems as odd to the Westerners. So I get why B is correct because the choice incorporates both the role of the vending machine and its oddity in the perspective of the Westerners. However, D is also mentioned as the role of vending machines in parks, so I don't understand why D is wrong.

blighted 라고 하면 ruined 되었거나 destroyed 된것을 말하는거야
단순 empty space 를 beautify 할수 있다 라는건 괜찮지만
그렇다고 그게 revitalize blighted urban space 는 오바지~
