I think you are referring to the comments. if you're using eclipse it should be there. 

if you are using something else maybe it's a different symbol.

in any case, the comments should be there:

1. the function of the + button is to expand the comments so you can see all of them.

if for some reason you cannot expand them, just read the comments in the lecture after I expand them..

2. on some compilers the comments are automaticaaly expanded. so just check if the comments are there already
