Hello,
I'm sorry to hear that your school doesnt provide AP chemistry this year. ;(
However, it's also good to hear that you are doing this yourself! I hope my lectures are helpful.
Anyways, Laboratory chemistry is really important and essenteial in ap chemistry, it's not a specific topic or stuff, it's sort of the things all related to any chapters in ap chemistry.
For example, in stoichiometry, there're so many possible labs for the percent yield or the percent error.
More specific topics besides any main chapters are probably about PES and Beer's law.
I briefly explain about PES in atomic structure and Beer's law and dehydration of hydrated salt in laboratory chemistry that is the last chapter in my concept lecture.
You should be familiar with all the laboratory tools, especially with volumetric glassware.
I would like to recommend you to give it a try for virtual labs, at least, so that you can be little more used to dealing with those things. Or you can still read some more contents about labs in ap chemistry in depth.
CB said the 2 FRQs are based on or at least related to labs.
It might be related to a small portion, but i guess, at least, one of the question will be very much related to the lab.
However, as much as you solve recent FRQs, you will also be prepared for those lab FRQs, if you just understand what questions talk about, it is simply asking about chemistry knowledge in the level of AP chemistry unless you do not know the names of tools.
So i wish you good luck!
Best,
Kelda
