Starting from April 2019, Oracle changed their policy so that you have to sign up for any downloads.

This has not been covered in the videos, so you might be a little surprised. 

Although signing up is a hassle, because you have to provide a little personal information and actually remember the ID and passwords, 

the process is actually pretty simple and straightforward. I've had students follow it up and able to download the necessary files within minutes. I cannot include this file with the lectures because it is proprietary material of Oracle, and also it would soon get outdated soon with updates. So it would be a good idea to sign up, just remember the ID and password :)
