The decrease of container volume but same amount of matter cuases the pressure to increase. 

The increase of container volume but same amount of matter cause the pressure to decrease. 

However , if the amount of matter increases but the container volume remains the same, the pressure increases, right?

That is what happens in the blood vessel in response to ADH.

ADH causes large amount of water to be added in the blood vessel. The volume of water ( which is matter) increases ( not the volume of blood vessel , which is the container) resulting in the increase of blood pressure.
