안녕하세요 선생님! E and M 개념강의 Electrostatics 03-1 중 electric field of point charge 공식에 대한 내용에 대해서 질문 드립니다

"where r hat is a unit vector pointing away from q"이 radially outward이라는 말은 이해가 가는데요,

"positive source charge = radially outward", negative source charge = radially inward" 이라... 

point charge가 negative일 때는 어떻게 해석해야 할까요?

+ Electrostatics 03-2의 example 1.3.4 (b)에서 initial acceleration을 구하는데 만약 electron이 왼쪽 방향으로 움직였다면 (-) 부호를 추가해야 정답인 건가요?
