- Are we using contractionay policy to stabilize price level and prevent crowding out effect before the interest rates increases?

2012 라는 past paper을 풀었는데 

- excess reseveres에서 5000을 뽑으니가 0아닌가요? 왜냐하면, required ratio reseves는 바뀌지 않으니까요?

- 왜 답이 10,000으로 되어 있는지 햇갈려요.
