Groundwater passage에서 paragraph 4,, 내용이 잘 이해가 안가네요ㅜㅜ 다시 한번 설명해 주실 수 있나요? 

river가 soil에 덮였다는 거죠? 

Passage The Long-Term Stability of Ecosystems에서 pioneer community 와 succesional community 가 변화하는 기간을 말하는 건가요 아니면 변화하는 시기인가요? 그럼 pioneer community 는 예를 들어서 500년이 지나면 successional community로 이런 식인가요?

읽어봤을 때 이해가 잘 안가서요ㅜ

그리구 노트테이킹 할 때 완전히 감이 잡히지 않아서 더 쉬운 paragraph 로 해봤는데 key info 만 담고 잘 했는지 말씀해주실 수 있나요? 

Women in the military. 

Today, many women serve in the military. However, this was not always acceptable. Women used to be forbidden from fighting in battles. However, some women felt strongly about fighting. They dressed up as men so they could fight. The first women to serve in the American military did so in 1782.However, she sered under the name Robert Shurtliff. Her real name was Deborah Sampson and her secret was discovered by a doctor when she was shot in the leg. Women have worked hard for many years to be seen as equals. Militaries, however, still don't like women to fight because of the risk. Historically, men have often made laws to protect women. HOwever many women do not conform to people's ideas of how they should act. For example many are no dainty and frail. Many people are opposed to the idea fo women fighting. They say that women are not as strong as men are. THey say that women could put others in danger. Others say that some women are strong enough. They can undergo the same training as men. Therefore they should be allowed to fight like men.
