  Yes, videos are playable on Apple Macs, Windows PCs, and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
  However, due to Apple policies, downloads are not available on Mac computers.

• 02.Can I access courses from countries like the US, Canada, Germany, and others?

  Yes, Masterprep offers global streaming with servers covering major regions,
  including the US, Europe, and Asia.

• 03.If I'm unsure which course to choose, what should I do?

  Masterprep offers a course recommendation service to help students and parents select the right courses.

• 04.What if I don’t understand something during a course?

  You can post questions to the teacher in the COMMUNITY → Class Board, and they will reply within 1-2 days.

• 05.Do Masterprep instructors also teach offline?

  Most Masterprep instructors also teach offline classes and provide private tutoring. They are selected through auditions, with only the top 10% chosen to lead courses.

• 06.When does the course start after payment?

  Courses begin immediately upon payment, with an option to pause the start for up to 15 days.
