Video Playback Troubleshooting

Please use a wired internet connection rather than Wi-Fi for smoother video playback.

MasterPrep supports cross-browser compatibility.
Please try Internet Explorer (Edge) and Google Chrome for playback.

Videos can be played on both Windows OS and Apple Mac OS.
To play videos on Mac OS, you must install the dedicated player.

Follow the instructions at the URL below to install the player.

Make sure the player is installed correctly.
If not, uninstall it from the Control Panel and reinstall manually through the learning software installation menu.

We have global servers in the U.S., Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia,
and Vietnam, but buffering may occur in areas with poor internet. Contact us via 1:1 inquiry if this happens.
  • 1)In Korea, dormitories and libraries may block video playback.
  • 2)In mainland China, overseas video sites may be restricted.
